Dialyze Direct and Infinite Care Partner to Deliver On-Site Hemodialysis at Facilities in New York and Florida

BROOKLYN, N.Y.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Dialyze Direct, the nation’s leading provider of home hemodialysis services in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), announced today it has partnered with Infinite Care, a leading chain of quality rehabilitation centers across New York and Florida with over 50 facilities, to provide on-site hemodialysis services at Infinite Care facilities.

Dialyze Direct’s ongoing partnerships with like-minded healthcare providers such as Infinite Care have cemented the company’s position as the foremost home hemodialysis supplier to SNFs in the United States. Last month, Dialyze Direct announced a similar collaboration with CommuniCare Health, one of the nation’s largest sources for post-acute care, and finalized a merger with Chicago-based RenPro Renal Services, which offered dialysis services to patients in SNFs, and outpatient clinics.
Earlier this year, the company completed its acquisition of Compass Home Dialysis, a regional dialysis provider in Pennsylvania with on-site dialysis services in nine SNFs. In late 2021, the company acquired Renew Dialysis, a regional SNF dialysis provider in Ohio and Virginia.
