Dialyze Direct and Infinite Care Partner to Deliver On-Site Hemodialysis at Facilities in New York and Florida

Published: 08/11/2022

BROOKLYN, N.Y.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Dialyze Direct, the nation’s leading provider of home hemodialysis services in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), announced today it has partnered with Infinite Care, a leading chain of quality rehabilitation centers across New York and Florida with over 50 facilities, to provide on-site hemodialysis services at Infinite Care facilities.

“Partnering with Dialyze Direct means we can offer our patients with chronic kidney disease the most advanced dialysis care available to improve their health, recovery time and quality of life,” said Infinite Care’s Director of Financial Operations Simon Nussbaum. “We welcome Dialyze Direct to our facilities and look forward to improved patient outcomes.”

Dialyze Direct’s ongoing partnerships with like-minded healthcare providers such as Infinite Care have cemented the company’s position as the foremost home hemodialysis supplier to SNFs in the United States. Last month, Dialyze Direct announced a similar collaboration with CommuniCare Health, one of the nation’s largest sources for post-acute care, and finalized a merger with Chicago-based RenPro Renal Services, which offered dialysis services to patients in SNFs, and outpatient clinics.

Earlier this year, the company completed its acquisition of Compass Home Dialysis, a regional dialysis provider in Pennsylvania with on-site dialysis services in nine SNFs. In late 2021, the company acquired Renew Dialysis, a regional SNF dialysis provider in Ohio and Virginia.

“We are delighted about our relationship with Infinite Care, another health care company that recognizes how we can bring affordable and highly accessible kidney care to the people who need it most,” said Dialyze Direct’s Chief Development Officer Mayer Kotlartsky. “Infinite Care sees eye-to-eye with us about the need to put patient care and comfort first. Together, we can meet the rising need for dialysis among vulnerable populations and help overcome the challenges many geriatric communities face.”

Dialyze Direct now offers on-site dialysis services in 170+ facilities in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
